Investor Website Solution

As an investor, if you don’t have the right solution, it can be difficult to get enough motivated seller leads. There are many challenges facing investors including increased competition and sinking home prices.

Thanks to a sagging economy finding motivated sellers is not difficult. There really isn’t. How do you find them though?

I think you’ll find that one of the most powerful resources for finding motivated sellers is the internet. Of course, there is no shortage of services offering lists of motivated sellers. I’m suggesting a total online solution that allows the owner to control. Basically, a site that is yours that captures the information of motivated sellers.

How should you execute this solution? It starts with a professional-looking website. It must go far in showing you as a serious business with sufficient capital and knowledge to solve the problems of motivated sellers. It should be made public that your company has resolved issues of other motivated sellers. You’ll want to use convincing copy writing techniques to convince your visitors to want to contact you. It should have a way for them to send their contact information and property details to you.

Firstly, design an excellent looking site designed to persuade your visitors or hire it out. Optionally, you could customize a template that you purchase. It will take some coding skills to make something from scratch or even modify a template. Paying someone to do it will obviously take capital. You should put a dollar amount to your time and choose whether it’s worth it. Do you want to make yourself worth $20 an hour in developing the solution yourself? Do you have time on your hands and not much money?

Convincing testimonials should also be included. You’ve likely been using some sort of credibility kit so migrate that to your site. Actual photo-copied letters are excellent if you have them. You may also want to put some streaming audio testimonials. Satisfied customers are the most convincing sales component.

Use convincing sales copy to prod your visitors to complete your online forms. Dan Kennedy is a super resource here and I recommend following him where possible. He’s a proven professional when it comes to copy writing. Get his book for some great ideas, The Ultimate Sales Letter, and pour through it. Be certain to write your copy with a compelling call to action at the end of each page.

Last but not least be sure to liberally place lead generators. These are online forms that your visitors complete. Use the form fields to acquire the visitor’s property details and contact information. Storing the data is vital and it will be necessary to do some minor programming to connect the form fields to the database.

The final step is driving targeted visitors to your site. While MSN may not be the best choice, advertising on the other major search engines using PPC is a great way to do this. This can be done with searching engine optimization and PPC. You may find you’ll need to change up your copy a bit after you start getting visitors. If you’re not converting like you think you should have someone read over your copy for some critiques. Squeeze pages and landing pages offer a great way to get a great conversion rate.

You’ll be able to use paid listings and SEO to gain sufficient traffic to capture motivated sellers on your website.
